Formed in 2006 by former British GT Racer Sam Blogg and 'Stars of Tomorrow' JICA karter
Dean Stoneman, Alpine Motorsport have expanded since to include Isa Yousif, Josh Mulholland, Jordi Weckx, Paul Walters, ex McLaren and Räikkönen Robertson mechanic Andy Peck and a modest backstage team.

After competing in the 2007 Formula Renault BARC, the Team finished 2nd, with a 6th place ranking in the Formula Renault UK Winter Series. With increasing success in the 2008 Formula Renault UK Series, the Team has finished 4th with 3 wins, 3 poles, 9 podiums and 3 fastest laps.

Competing in both TOCA and BARC in 2009 , Alpine Motorsport and their drivers are looking
set to have their most successful year in the Formula Renault UK Championship.

Our desire and aspiration to win is shown in our increasingly successful performances on the track. As a small team we never stop learning and competing amongst the best in our field encourages us to be the best.
